Any use of this software for illegal spying, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, or monitoring individuals without their explicit knowledge and consent is strictly prohibited and is a violation of local and international laws.

2. Mandatory Identity Verification

To prevent misuse and ensure accountability, all accounts require a one-time Aadhar authentication to activate the profile. This verification is currently processed manually by our team. Accounts found to be providing false information or using the service for unauthorized purposes will be immediately and permanently terminated.

3. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Software

The Secure.txtool software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developers, team members, or company be held liable for any claim, damages, data loss, device malfunctions, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Furthermore, the developers assume no legal responsibility for any repercussions, civil or criminal, resulting from the misuse of this application by the end-user.

While we employ strict security measures to protect the data transmitted through our application, users must acknowledge that no system is entirely foolproof. It is the user's responsibility to safeguard their account credentials.
