This product and application, Secure.txtool, is developed, owned, and operated by txtool technology (Official Website: Secure.txtool.in). We provide parents with secure monitoring tools while adhering strictly to the Google Play Families Policy and prioritizing children's digital safety and user privacy.

2. Explicit Consent & Identity Verification

Before any monitoring occurs, parents must provide explicit, documented consent. To ensure our platform is used solely by authorized guardians, we require a mandatory one-time Aadhar authentication for profile activation. This prevents misuse and illegal surveillance.

Google Play Reviewers: A verified test account (`videoprojectest@gmail.com`) is provided in the Play Console to bypass this manual verification during the review process.

3. Data Collection and Usage

As a designated child monitoring tool, we collect the following data solely for parental control purposes:

• App Usage & Screen Time: To enforce parent-defined time limits.
• Location Data (Premium): Only if explicitly enabled by the parent, to ensure the physical safety of the child.

Crucial Limitation: We do not collect or transmit restricted identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID), SIM Serial, Build Serial, IMEI, or IMSI. For any required internal analytics, we rely strictly on the App Set ID in compliance with Google's policies.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not collect personal or sensitive information from children without explicit, verified parental consent (obtained via Aadhar). No data collected from the child's device is sold, shared with third-party advertisers, or used for any purpose other than providing the monitoring service to the verified parent.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
