1. 14-Day Refund Eligibility

If you purchase a paid subscription for Secure.txtool and are dissatisfied with the service, you are eligible to request a 100% full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Refunds requested after the 14-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our customer support team.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further automated renewal charges will be applied to your account.
• You may request a pro-rated refund if applicable under our policy terms.

3. How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate a refund request, please submit your request through any of the following channels:

Please include your registered account email, order ID/transaction reference, and the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is verified and approved:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
• The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Legal Disclaimer or illegal monitoring activities.
• Refund requests submitted after 14 days without valid justification.
• Fraudulent or abusive refund claims.
